The European Livestock and Meat Trades Union (UECBV) is ENSCA’s secretariat in Brussels since January 2005 and is located at the very heart of the European Commission. It was founded in 1952 and has been since then the mouthpiece of National / European federations and associations, representing livestock markets, livestock traders and meat traders, slaughterhouses, cutting plants and meat preparation plants.
