The European Livestock and Meat Trades Union (UECBV) is ENSCA’s secretariat in Brussels since 2005 and is located at the very heart of the European Commission.

Already four years after the constitutional foundation of the European Economic Community (EEC) ENSCA was established in Paris, 1956 by a few visionary people.
